Disable random MAC on iOS

To disable MAC address randomization on an iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the (i) next to a specific network, and turn off Private Wi-Fi Address. When this is off, the iPhone will use its actual hardware MAC address for that network.

Detailed steps:

  1. Open Settings:
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Go to Wi-Fi:
Tap Wi-Fi to view available wireless networks.

  3. Select the Network:
Find the Wi-Fi network you are connected to or want to adjust, then tap the (i) information icon next to it.

  4. Locate the Private Wi-Fi Address Toggle:
Scroll until you see Private Wi-Fi Address.

  5. Disable MAC Randomization:
Turn off the Private Wi-Fi Address toggle.
Your iPhone will now use its actual device MAC address for that specific network.

  6. Reconnect if needed:
Some networks require you to reconnect after this change.
